Never! We wouldn’t want to risk having your pet sit all day at the airport waiting for a flight. This is unfair to them or to you! We fly confirmed flights. Having a confirmed seat and pet reservation is one our initial responsibilities.

Absolutely! Most of the time we will meet your new pet at the airport, but we are happy to arrange ground pickup and/or ground delivery if needed. We love it when we can offer you complete same-day door-to-door service. Just let us know your preference when booking. Our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible for you and your pet.

Yes, for an additional fee. We can accommodate up to two small littermates if their combined weight is less than 20 pounds in one carrier.
